The DIFC courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such matters, and the parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the DIFC courts for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled through arbitration.
17. SWITCHING PLANS.
Users may switch between subscription plans at any time, whether upgrading or downgrading. When switching, users are required to pay the full amount for the new plan upfront. Upon receiving payment, we will calculate any remaining credit from the previous plan based on unused time and refund the applicable amount. Here are examples to illustrate how this process works:
Switching from Monthly Standard Plan (AED 65) to Monthly Premium Plan (AED 85):
Suppose you switch on day 10 of your billing cycle, leaving 20 days remaining on your Standard Plan.
You will pay the full AED 85 for the Premium Plan immediately.
We will calculate a prorated credit for the unused 20 days of your Standard Plan:
20 / 30 × 65 = 43.33 AED.
You will receive a refund of AED 43.33, credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Switching from Annual Standard Plan (AED 480) to Annual Premium Plan (AED 720):
If you switch from the Annual Standard Plan to the Annual Premium Plan, you will pay the full AED 720 for the Premium Plan upfront. We will calculate a prorated credit for the remaining time on your Standard Plan. For example, if you have 9 months remaining, the prorated credit would be: 9 / 12 × 480 = 360 AED.
You will receive a refund of AED 360, credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Switching from Monthly Premium Plan (AED 85) to Annual Premium Plan (AED 720):
If you switch on day 15 of your billing cycle, with 15 days remaining on your Monthly Premium Plan, you will pay the full AED 720 for the Annual Premium Plan upfront. We will calculate a prorated credit for the unused 15 days of your Monthly Premium Plan: 15 / 30 × 85 = 42.50 AED.
You will receive a refund of AED 42.50, credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds for switching plans are processed based on the unused portion of your current plan. After you pay for the new plan, we will calculate a prorated refund for any remaining time on your previous plan and issue this refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds are determined by the number of unused days or months on your existing plan and calculated as a credit. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. That is, the bank card or bank account with which payment was made. Refunds are only applicable for unused portions of your previous plan at the time of switching. Refunds do not apply if the subscription period is nearly complete, if it has expired, or if you cancel the service.
By switching plans, you acknowledge and accept that all credits and refunds will be based on the remaining unused time of your former plan as outlined above.
18. SPECIAL CONDITIONS.

If the legal costs exceed this amount, employees agree to a contingency fee arrangement. Specifically, for cases where the total fees surpass AED 10,000, a twenty percent (20%) contingency fee will be deducted from any compensation awarded to the employee as a result of the case.
