Subscription fees are billed in advance. Clients can choose between annual billing (billed once a year) or monthly billing (billed each month).
While our subscription plans cover many services, certain additional fees may apply, such as government fees, fines, abscond removal fees, and visa cancellation fees. Clients are responsible for these additional costs. Kindly refer to our terms of service for more information regarding additional fees.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for new users. You can pay and try our services for fourteen (14) days (“Trial Period”) from the payment date, and if you are not satisfied, we will refund your subscription fee (on a pro-rata basis), no questions asked.
